Presto Pasta Night #242 is Around the Corner

Thanksgiving is done - both here in Canada as well as in the US.  Now all of us are thinking about the holiday season ahead... and not so far ahead at that.   December is always a crazy, busy month filled with shopping, preparing for family feasting and holiday baking.  What that means is, there's little time for preparing meals for right now.   So I thought I'd do a quick trip to a couple of my favorite bloggers and see what pasta dishes they have on their tables.  

Kalyn of Kalyn's Kitchen got my attention with this totally awesome ... not to mention healthy and easy to whip up Penne with Balsamic Sweet Potatoes, Baby Arugula & Parmesan.

Heidi of 101 Cookbooks, a stunning blog recently shared some Ginger Soba Noodles.

I'll leave my favorite Presto Pasta Night regulars to come up with something equally wonderful for us.  

I'm hosting this week and it's time to restock the freezer with things like chicken broth, roasted vegetable broth and ... without a doubt, two kinds of pasta sauce.
