Presto Pasta Night #237

There's nothing like a bowl of pasta to add comfort, or elegance... or both, depending on how you combine them.   This week Theresa, The Food Hunters Guide hosted Presto Pasta Nights for the third time and did it brilliantly.  And all those fantastic entries... but I know you don't want to listen to me, so check out all these delicious dishes....  Thanks all for great pastas to fill me up.

It's Fall & Time for Squash Pastas

Thought I'd share some lovely squash pasta dishes to celebrate Fall & Thanksgiving and get you thinking about your own pasta dish to share with Presto Pasta Night this week.

Martha Stewart always shines and this Butternut Squash & Sage Cannelloni seems just perfect.
FineCooking has this Butternut Squash Gnocchi that has me drooling.
AllRecipes.com has a bunch, but this Cheesy Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce caught my attention.
101 Cookbooks always has wonderful stories, gorgeous photos and great recipes.  This one is Broccoli Basil Mac 'n Cheese with Squash.

True, there's no squash in either of these two recipes from KraftCanada, but I couldn't resist sharing... Weeknight Lasagna Toss and Zesty Shrimp & Pasta.

And the photo above (not nearly as gorgeous as the dish looked) is my own Rotini with Roasted Butternut Squash, Brussels Sprouts & Mushrooms that I'm sharing with this week's Presto Pasta Night Roundup, hosted by HoneyB of The  Life & Loves of Grumpy's Honeybunch.

Once again, it's Friday and the beginning of a weekend.  The perfect time to roundup pasta dishes from everywhere. Kirsten of From Kirsten's Kitchen to Yours did a spectacular write up of each dish for this week's Presto Pasta Night Roundup #235. She's a perfect Hostess and this was her FIFTH time doing it!!!. Lots of first time PPNer's and long time veterans - every one a winner showed up.   - Thanks everyone for all your mouth-watering treats.  Challenge, as usual... where to start!  Perhaps the butternut squash on my counter will give me direction.
