FINAL UPDATE: Hooray!!! Anu had to borrow another laptop, but the roundup is up and gorgeous and delicious. Thanks everyone for those great dishes and thanks Anu for making it happen in spite of a broken laptop.

It's Thursday & Getting Ready for Presto Pasta Night # 224

I can't believe it's Thursday already and I still haven't decided on what to make for Presto Pasta Night Roundup #224 which is being hosted this week by Anu of Truth Personified. And since I've been so busy with my latest project, plus the fact that it's been sooo hot I haven't wanted to boil water, I haven't made any pasta this week.

I've also been too busy to do any housekeeping... dusting, mopping, laundry and yes.... finally going through inbox which has so many "unread" from lots of groups and subscriptions that it's shocking.

Chatelaine Magazine is another favorite newsletter and this Red Curry Peanut Noodle dish is an example of why I love it.

The Tasting Table usually has more articles about restaurants than recipes, but that said... check out this Spaghetti with Eggplant & Tomatoes.
