More Great Pasta Sources

I've shared some of my favorite magazine sites that have awesome pasta dishes and now I've decided to some more great places on line.... starting with Food Network Canada - after all, I have written for them occasionally. By just typing in "pasta" in the key word search I got 522 choices, all from some of my favorite chefs. I thought I'd pick a few to whet your appetites.

Chef Michael Smith's favorite meat sauce You know I'm a huge Michael Smith fan.

Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Pecorino & Lemon Thyme Cream Sauce from Angie MacRae, who I admit, I've never seen...but based on this recipe, I'll be on the lookout.

Grown up Alphabet Pasta from Chuck Hughes of Chuck's Day Off - I love his show. He's just the cutest and shares such wonderful dishes.

Pasta with Mushrooms, Herbs & Beet Greens from yours truly - You can find a number of my recipes among the celebrity chefs.

After you've had a look at the 522 choices...let me know which will be your favorite. And don't forget that this week, I'll be hosting Presto Pasta Nights. Please send your pasta posts & links to ruth (at) 4everykitchen (dot) com. If you don't have a blog, email your recipe and I'll post it for you.
