When I told my Honey about the computer and internet gremlins who attacked The Comfy Cook and put a halt to this week's Presto Pasta Night, he reminded me that, since the first PPN back in March of 2007, we've never missed a week. Like the mailmen of old, neither sleet nor rain, nor moves from Toronto to Halifax, nor birth of grandbabies have stopped the weekly pasta roundups. So....here's a quicky version (I apologize for not doing my usual commentary, but I thought you'd all want to just dig in) and I hope that any of you who entered and don't see your tasty treat here will send me the link and I'll keep adding to the roll. Fortunately for the rest of us, Chaya, The Comfy Cook and this week's real host, made this delicious Mushroom Fettuccine with Cheese Sauce & Smoked Salmon early in the week before her computer and internet malfunctioned.
