Saveur Magazine + Pasta = Tons of Fantastic Options

Saveur Magazine is another one of my very favorite foodie magazines. So naturally I thought I'd share some of their pasta treats. And this month the pasta star is Crispy Duck with Udon Noodles.

Naturally I had to check out what pasta recipes they had on line. When I typed in "pasta" into their search engine I got 217 choices! What I really love is the fact that the recipes themselves come from all over the world too. Like this glorious dish of Angel Hair Pasta with Seafood from Rasa Malasia.

Pasta treats from everywhere in the world, the question is how does one choose....by cuisine, by ingredient, or by season. Check out the options and let me know which one you choose. The Fettuccine with Artichokes and Chicken sounds fantastic.
