Lots of zucchini this week, but it is mid summer here in North America, after all and so lots of other great fresh vegetables show up this week. And those south of the equator sent in some lovely dishes (like two wonderful soups) that I'll be bookmarking to colder weather.
But check for yourself and feed your pasta fancy.
