Mark Bitten's Spaghetti with Broccoli Rabe
Photo by Evan Sung for the NY Times ...I had to "borrow" it
Many people love Wednesday's because they're half way through the work week...looking forward to the weekend. I'm a free lance food writer, so frankly, that doesn't apply to me. I love Wednesday's because that's when the NY Times has their Wine & Dining Section and, even more special to me...Mark Bitten's column and blog.
Today he made the simplest, tasty looking Spaghetti with Broccoli Rabe and toasted garlic and fresh bread crumbs....What's not to love. So check out the recipe and the video.
And don't forget that this week, Katie of One Little Corner of the World will take on the hosting duties for Presto Pasta Nights, so send all your entries to her at sprange (at) hometel (dot) com with a cc to me: ruth (at) 4everykitchen (dot) com.
Guidelines for submitting a dish. And if you're interested in hosting - everyone loves it! - just drop me a line.
