Often enough, I'm just inspired by what's in my fridge and pantry. Sometimes it's by an actual pasta recipe in some magazine, cookbook or on a cooking show and I just take things a little further or replace some ingredient I DON'T have with one I do. Sometimes it's a conversation that sparks my interest.
So back to the question....what inspires you're pasta making?
