One morning last week, I was sipping my capuccino at a local Starbucks, reading the local hip paper The Coast and came across an article about making Gnocchi that sounded like fun. After all, I don't have enough kitchen toys...just kidding.
Here's the recipe. Let me know how it goes. I'm still hunting for a gnocchi paddle like Chef Dennis Johnson of Fid in Halifax has.

I've seen Mario Batali use a plain old fork to make potato Gnocchi.
Although, I would never tell anyone to not buy a fun kitchen toy. ;)
